The good news is that you can make changes to get quality sleep. Let’s talk about how to do that…
How to Get Quality Sleep
Prioritize sleep
If you’re neglecting the function of adequate sleep, maybe that list will motivate you to get more hours of sleep each night. Whether you’re staying out late with friends or you’re hard at work, consider tweaking your schedule so you can get the necessary amount of sleep that your body needs.
After all, your health is so important.
Comfort
Then, there’re the people who desperately want to sleep, but don’t know how! They toss and turn for hours, but never seem to fall into a deep sleep.
At this point, it seems like you’ve tried everything. You’ve gotten earplugs, an eye mask, a weighted blanket, and cooled down the temperature of your room. Difficult as it was, you have stopped drinking caffeine and only use your bed for sleeping.
